Ninja's FAQs

Once you have filled out the registration form, you will view a message saying ‘Registered Successfully’. After which, you will receive an email with a temporary password. With this temporary password you can login and set up your profile by telling us more about yourself to assess your application.

If you haven’t received the onboarding email containing the password:

  • Please check your spam folder in the email. Some email providers tend to block new automated emails.
  • Contact us by sending an email specifying your email & full name to ninjas@biteninja.com.

Incase you email us, we will try to reach out to you as soon as possible. Would highly appreciate your patience.

You can reach out to us on our discord channel and ask our team member to update the phone number or you can email us your email & new phone number at ninjas@biteninja.com.

We totally understand your concerns, so we would like to explain you why the information is asked.

The ID proof will justify that you are a US citizen, as BiteNinja is currently only available in the US we need to make sure all our ninjas working are from US. Also, to make sure that the ninja signing up is not just a spam account and is serious about being part of the BiteNinja community.

As ninjas when you work on the shifts, BiteNinja will start providing you payments for the hours you have worked for which we need to have the ninja’s W9 forms.

As our platform is just a few months old, we are constantly making changes to make the platform better for its users & we soon will come up with a solution to avoid these steps.

If you still have concerns you can surely reach out to us on discord and talk to our team member or hold on till we launch a solution to avoid the steps.

Below are the scenarios in which the temporary password might not work:

  • An additional space or the characters were not copied as per the correct password.
    • Please make sure you copy the exact characters as the password is case sensitive. Also make sure no extra spaces are passed in the password field.
  • You created a new password by completing the 1st step of the onboarding flow.
    • You should try logging in with the new password that you have set in the 1st step of the onboarding flow, as the temporary password will expire once you set a new password.
  • If you have clicked on forgot password & set a new password by using the reset password feature.
    • In this case you need to use the new password that you have reset in-order to login.
  • If the admin has manually reset your password. The admin would send you an email with the new password.
    • If you have not received an email, you can contact BiteNinja team member on discord or send an email to us at ninjas@biteninja.com.

Ultimate Solution: Click on the forgot password link in the login screen, receive a reset password link and set a new password of your choice.

Here is a quick summary of a ninja on the BiteNinja Platform:

  1. Account creation: Ninja registers in the BiteNinja platform.
  2. Profile Set Up: Ninja logs in with the temporary password, to begin their profile set up. This step helps BiteNinja team to assess your application and plan which jobs would be better for you.
    • Set new password & verify phone number.
    • View the orientation video to get a glance about our platform.
    • Submit ID Proof and W9 form.
    • Specify your internet speed, time zone, skills, known languages and upload an introduction video.
  3. Begin Ninja Training: Once you finish all the steps of onboarding/profile set up, you will gain access to the ninja portal.
    • On left side click “Training”.
    • Click the Orange “Okay” button
    • That will bring you to our training site where you will begin the “Welcome to BiteNinja Platform” course.
  4. Restaurant Training: Once you finish the “Welcome to BiteNinja Platform” course, our training team will assess your profile and assign you training for restaurants, this will provide you training for the job you will be working on for the restaurant.
  5. Start Receiving Shifts: After you finish the training for the restaurant, our team member will assign you the restaurant after which you will start receiving shifts to work on.
    • It may take a few days to get a restaurant assigned to you, so we would highly appreciate your patience. We are trying our best to speed up the process as much as we can.

Once you finish the “Welcome to BiteNinja Platform” course, our training team will assess your profile and assign you training for restaurants, this will provide you training for the job you will be working on for the restaurant.

After you finish the training for the restaurant, our team member will assign you the restaurant after which you will start receiving shifts to work on.

It may take a few days to get a restaurant assigned to you, so we would highly appreciate your patience. We are trying our best to speed up the process as much as we can.
